1. Agreement to Terms

("IMPACTA," "we," "us," or "our"), and all services provided through the Website, including the 10-Minute Discovery Calls, 10-Day AI Workforce Builds, and Continuous Optimization services (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing a service, booking a diagnostic, or accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

IMPACTA operates as a Done-For-You execution firm specializing in Revenue Architecture and operational automation, including:

• 10-Minute Discovery: A diagnostic consultation to map your current tech stack and identify revenue leaks.
• The 10-Day Build: Custom deployment of our 4 Core Engines—AI Voice Agents, Conversational AI & Webchat, Database Reactivation, and Reputation Management.
• Continuous Optimization: Ongoing technical maintenance, system upgrades, and dedicated support to scale your digital infrastructure.

3. Fees, Payments & Guarantees

• Custom Scoping: Pricing for 10-Day Builds and ongoing optimization is custom-scoped during or after your discovery call, based entirely on your operational needs and existing tech debt.
• Flexible Scaling: We do not lock clients into rigid, long-term contracts. Your infrastructure and service plan can be scaled up or down based on your evolving business requirements.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our 10-day execution promise. If your deployed AI Workforce does not operate exactly as scoped and designed in your agreement, we will work continuously at no additional cost until it functions correctly.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, custom Revenue Architecture, pre-engineered web assets, AI prompt engineering, and automation workflows provided to you remain the intellectual property of IMPACTA until full payment is received. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these systems and templates for your own internal business operations during the lifecycle of our partnership.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPACTA Business Solutions Inc. provides enterprise-grade technical implementation and AI configurations based on industry best practices. However, we do not control third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Twilio, OpenAI, or integrated CRM software). We are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, algorithmic changes, or missed revenue caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, or your internal team's failure to utilize the provided systems.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Marion County, Florida.
