1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://impactabusinesssolutions.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by IMPACTA Business Solutions Inc. ("IMPACTA," "we," "us," or "our"), and all services provided through the Website, including the Revenue Leak Diagnostic and 48-Hour Fix services (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing a service, booking a diagnostic, or accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

IMPACTA provides Revenue Operations (RevOps) consulting, including:

  • Diagnostics: Audits of sales funnels, CRM configurations, and lead handling processes.
  • Implementation: Setup of automation workflows (e.g., "48-Hour Fixes") for speed-to-lead and follow-up.
  • Performance Consulting: Ongoing Pay-Per-Appointment (PPA) lead generation services.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • One-Time Fees: Fees for the Revenue Leak Diagnostic ($350) and 48-Hour Fix ($350) are one-time, non-recurring charges.
  • Refund Policy (Diagnostics & Fixes): Due to the immediate allocation of resources and intellectual property provided during these sessions, fees for Diagnostics and Fixes are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the setup has commenced.
  • PPA Credit: If you proceed to a full PPA engagement, the $350 diagnostic fee may be credited toward your account setup, as specified in your proposal.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, custom blueprints, automation workflows, and "Impact Stacks" provided to you remain the intellectual property of IMPACTA until full payment is received. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own internal business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPACTA Business Solutions Inc. provides strategic advice and technical implementation based on industry best practices. However, we do not control third-party platforms (Google, Meta, CRM software). We are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or missed revenue caused by third-party platform changes or your internal team's failure to utilize the systems provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Marion County, Florida.
