Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IMPACTA Business Solutions Inc., we are an execution firm committed to engineering high-performance Revenue Architecture. Because our core offerings involve significant upfront labor, custom engineering, and the deployment of proprietary intellectual property, our refund policy is strictly structured to reflect the Done-For-You nature of our work.

1. Proprietary Builds & System Deployment

The setup, engineering, and deployment of our proprietary systems—specifically The IMPACTA Mainframe™, CoreSync AI™, and The Pulse Protocol™—require immediate allocation of our engineering and strategy teams.

• Pre-Kickoff Cancellations: If you cancel your project before our team has begun the strategy mapping and asset collection phase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Work-In-Progress & Completion: Once the build process has officially commenced, the project fee becomes entirely non-refundable due to the labor expended and the proprietary templates deployed into your workspace.
• The Execution Guarantee: We do not simply refund and walk away from incomplete work. As stated in our Terms of Service, if your deployed system does not operate exactly as scoped and designed during discovery, our team will work continuously at no additional cost until the system functions correctly.

2. Continuous Optimization (Ongoing Services)

We do not lock our clients into rigid, long-term contracts for our ongoing maintenance and software support.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your ongoing Continuous Optimization fee at any time.
• Billing Cycle: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your access to support, optimization, and system licensing will remain active until the end of that current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Third-party usage fees incurred during the operation of your system (e.g., Twilio telecom charges for SMS/Voice, OpenAI API usage costs).
• Highly customized, out-of-scope API development work completed at your request.

4. Exceptions

We believe in fair business practices and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made for verifiable billing errors or severe, extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of IMPACTA Business Solutions Inc.
